Intersel Blower Service
We offer comprehensive inspection services for blowers, including visual inspection for dimensional deviation from the original design and wear and tear in the finish, fabrication inspection, ducting and pressure evaluation, etc. The inspection, augmented by non-destructive testing, can reveal existing and developing problems in a blower unit.
We offer monitoring services for blowers as part of (or separate from) our maintenance contracts. Monitoring data and routine inspection can help us identify the problems early on and schedule predictive maintenance to rectify the problems and keep the blower running in optimal condition.
Our field engineers and certified technicians are equipped to provide complete maintenance services for all blower and fan units in the industry. This includes lubrication as per the blower load and OEM recommendations, service/cleaning of air filters, rectifying problems causing starved inlets, etc. The installation of PD sensors/indicators can facilitate easy monitoring, resulting in prompt maintenance.
